Kangana Ranaut Want To Cast Karan Johar In Her Directorial Film

Bollywood actress and filmmaker Kangana Ranaut has made headlines once again, this time with an unexpected statement about Karan Johar. Despite their famously tumultuous relationship, Kangana expressed her desire to cast Karan in her directorial project. She assured that the role would be “a very good one” in a film that won’t revolve around “saas-bahu ki chuglibaazi” or mere PR exercises.

Kangana shared these remarks during her recent appearance on Indian Idol 15. She laughingly added that Karan should work with her and she would create a proper film with substantial roles for him.

Kangana and Karan’s cold war dates back to her 2017 appearance on Koffee with Karan, where she famously called him the “flag-bearer of nepotism” during the show’s rapid-fire round. In response, Karan defended his track record, claiming that Dharma Productions has launched numerous new directors and talents. He also clarified that his lack of collaborations with Kangana was a matter of personal choice rather than her outsider status.
