Kapil Sharma's Cafe Attacked Over Salman Khan Invite, Gangster's Chilling Audio Clip Reveals Motive

The recent gunfire attack on comedian Kapil Sharma’s cafe in Canada was a direct consequence of him inviting actor Salman Khan to his show, a chilling new audio clip has revealed. In the recording, exclusively accessed by India Today, a purported member of the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang, Harry Boxer, claims responsibility for the attacks and issues a direct threat to anyone associated with the Bollywood star.

“The first and now second firing at Kapil Sharma’s restaurant happened because he had invited Salman Khan to the inauguration on a Netflix show,” the gangster is heard saying in the clip.

He goes on to deliver a stark warning, stating that any director, producer, or artist who works with Salman Khan will be “shot in the chest.” The threat is linked to Salman Khan’s appearance on the first episode of the new season of ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’, which premiered on Netflix on June 21.

The attack on Thursday was the second time in less than a month that Sharma’s Kap’s Cafe in Surrey, British Columbia, was targeted by gunfire. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang has had Salman Khan in its crosshairs for years over the actor’s alleged involvement in the 1998 killing of a black buck in Rajasthan.

The animal is considered sacred by the Bishnoi community, and the incarcerated gang leader has repeatedly issued threats against the actor. This latest incident, however, widens the net, demonstrating the gang’s willingness to target anyone professionally associated with Khan, sending shockwaves through the entertainment industry.
