'Baby, I Love You': Delhi Ashram Director's Lewd Texts To Female Student Revealed In FIR

Fresh details have emerged in the deepening sexual harassment scandal at a private management institute in Delhi’s Vasant Kunj, where 62-year-old Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati, also known as Swami Parthasarathy, stands accused of molesting at least 17 female students . The latest FIR has revealed explicit and objectionable messages allegedly sent by the self-styled godman to young women—many admitted under the economically weaker section (EWS) quota and pressured to comply with his demands.

One 21-year-old scholarship student recounted in her complaint how Saraswati began sending her lewd WhatsApp messages after she shared her medical records with him, often contacting her at odd hours. “Baby, I love you. I adore you, you are looking beautiful today,” one text read, followed by compliments about her hair and repeated messages tagged for reply . When she informed the associate dean, she was told that she should reply since he was the Head, a situation allegedly repeated with other female students, and abetted by faculty members .

The FIR accessed by media outlets reveals a distressing pattern of behaviour: Saraswati allegedly targeted EWS students, threatened to fail them in exams, withheld their original documents, and pressured them to accompany him on foreign trips, where they were summoned to his room late at night . Victims who resisted were threatened with notices on manipulated attendance and marks being deducted from exam papers. The FIR also named three female wardens and an associate dean as accomplices, accusing them of coercing students and urging them to delete evidence of the messages .

Saraswati, who hails from Odisha and has authored 28 books, has reportedly been living at the institute for the past 12 years and is currently absconding. Police teams have issued a lookout circular while raids continue across several states, and surveillance footage and digital evidence have been sent for forensic analysis . It has also emerged that he faces five previous cases of sexual harassment and fraud, but was never arrested . The National Commission for Women has taken suo motu cognisance of the matter.

In a striking official statement, the institute has severed all ties with Saraswati, declaring his actions illegal and detrimental to its interests . Police investigations remain active, with the accused last traced near Agra and suspected of frequently changing locations to evade arrest
