Delhi Man on the Run After Allegedly Killing Wife and Two Young Daughters Over Debt and Disputes

A horrific triple murder has shaken Delhi’s Karawal Nagar, where a man allegedly killed his wife and two young daughters before fleeing the scene. The shocking incident, which police believe stemmed from marital strife and severe financial distress, unfolded on Friday night in Bhagat Singh Colony. Delhi Police have launched a massive manhunt for the accused, identified as Pradeep, and are actively investigating the case.
According to initial reports, Pradeep murdered his wife, Jaya Shri, and their two daughters, aged five and seven. The family was reportedly plagued by frequent arguments, and investigators suspect that Pradeep was also under the immense pressure of heavy debt.
The bodies of the victims have been sent for post-mortem examination as authorities work to piece together the events that led to the tragedy. Pradeep remains absconding, and a widespread search is underway to apprehend him.
The capital has been rocked by a series of unrelated but violent crimes recently. In a separate case in Delhi’s Nand Nagri, a 28-year-old AC mechanic named Kapil was allegedly murdered by a man named Shivam. During interrogation, Shivam confessed to killing Kapil due to his growing closeness with Shivam’s sister.
Meanwhile, in Jahangirpuri, a 65-year-old shopkeeper, Suresh Chand, was the victim of a brazen robbery. Three men posing as customers threw red chilli powder into his eyes before snatching his cash box containing up to Rs 7,000 and escaping. The culprits in the robbery are yet to be identified.
