Horror at Noida Day Care: CCTV Captures Maid Brutally Beating, Biting 15-Month-Old Girl
A shocking incident of child abuse has emerged from a day care in Noida, where a 15-month-old girl was brutally assaulted by a maid. The horrific act, which included the toddler being slapped, bitten, thrown to the ground, and beaten with a plastic bat, was captured on the facility’s CCTV camera, leading to the maid’s arrest.
The abuse came to light on August 4, when the child’s mother picked her up from the day care and found her crying inconsolably. While changing the toddler’s clothes at home, she discovered disturbing circular marks on both of her daughter’s thighs. A subsequent visit to a doctor confirmed the parents’ worst fears: the marks were consistent with human bites. This prompted the parents to demand and review the day care’s CCTV footage.
The video revealed a horrifying sequence of events. The footage shows the maid initially attempting to pacify the crying child. However, her patience quickly wore thin. The maid is then seen closing the door to the room, dropping the little girl on the ground, and slapping her. The assault escalated as she allegedly beat the toddler with a plastic bat.
The parents have also leveled serious allegations against the management of the day care center. They claim that despite the child’s audible cries, the head of the facility made no effort to intervene or protect the toddler. Furthermore, when confronted with the evidence, both the maid and the day care head allegedly resorted to abusive language and issued threats against the family.
Following a formal complaint from the parents, the Sector-142 police registered a case and launched an investigation. The child underwent a medical examination to document her injuries, and the accused maid has since been taken into custody. “A case has been registered under relevant sections based on the complaint. The accused maid has been taken into custody, and legal proceedings are underway,” a police official confirmed.
