Indian Army Shares 1st Video of Striking Pakistani Military Post Amid Ceasefire Violations

The Indian Army released a video on Friday showing a Pakistani military post being destroyed in retaliatory strikes across the LoC after fresh ceasefire violations by Pakistan.

In a sharp escalation of cross-border hostilities, the Indian Army struck Pakistani military posts along the Line of Control (LoC), with a video released Friday showing one such post being blown up in retaliatory action.

According to official sources, several Pakistani positions were targeted after Pakistani troops resumed firing and violated the ceasefire across multiple sectors in Jammu and Kashmir, including Kupwara and Uri.

The exact location of the strike was not disclosed, but the visuals serve as evidence of India’s “befitting reply” to continuing provocations.

The Army’s official X handle shared the video and reiterated India’s commitment to protecting its territorial integrity.

“Pakistan Armed Forces launched multiple attacks using drones and other munitions… The drone attacks were effectively repulsed and a befitting reply was given to the CFVs (Cease Fire Violations). Indian Army remains committed to safeguarding the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Nation,” the statement read.

The attack comes a day after India conducted precision airstrikes on terror infrastructure in Islamabad, Lahore, and Sialkot under ‘Operation Sindoor’, following the Pahalgam terror attack that claimed 26 lives.

Indian forces targeted nine key terror camps across Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). The strikes reportedly killed ten family members of Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar and four of his aides.

Overnight, Pakistani forces also launched a series of drone and missile attacks along India’s western border, triggering high alert in several districts.

While India intercepted multiple drones, retaliatory operations were launched swiftly, with the Army using advanced air defence systems to neutralise the aerial threats.

With tensions showing no signs of abating, Indian security forces remain on high alert across border areas. The government has signalled that any further aggression will be met with equal or greater force.
