A video from outside the BKC store captured the moment the packed crowd descended into a brawl, with several people slapping and hitting each other as security personnel struggled to intervene . In the clip, one man in a red shirt is seen being dragged from the queue by guards, while another individual is pulled away and pushed by security. Despite the disruption, the overall excitement for the new phones remained palpable across the country, with dedicated fans waiting overnight to be among the first to get their hands on the latest models .
In Delhi’s Saket, customers spoke about the significant upgrades driving their purchase. “This time, the design has changed… The camera is much upgraded, and the processor has changed. The battery has also increased a bit, so that’s why I felt like buying it,” one customer told ANI . In Mumbai, a buyer named Irfan, who had been waiting since 8 p.m. the previous night, said he was there for the new “orange iPhone 17 PRO Max,” citing the updated camera, battery, and look .
