MNS Leader’s Son, Allegedly Drunk, Rams Into Influencer’s Car, Abuses Her On Camera
Mumbai police register FIR at Amboli station after social media influencer Rajshree More alleges Rahil Javed Shaikh, son of MNS leader Javed Shaikh, rammed her car under the influence and verbally abused her on camera.
In a shocking late-night incident in Andheri West, Mumbai, on July 6, 2025, Marathi social media influencer and actress Rajshree More filed a First Information Report (FIR) alleging that Rahil Javed Shaikh—son of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) leader Javed Shaikh—rammed into her vehicle while intoxicated and then verbally abused her on camera, all while appearing half-naked. The Amboli police have registered the case, detained Shaykh for medical examination, and seized his car for further investigation.
Initial video shared by More shows her car being struck at Vira Desai Road. Rahil Javed Shaikh, visibly drunk and shirtless, confronts More, hurling Marathi expletives and explicitly warning her against lodging a complaint, stating: “Go and tell the cops I am Javed Shaikh’s son, then you’ll see what happens”.
Police sources confirm that Shaikh was taken into custody and subjected to a field medical test. His vehicle has been impounded. Investigations led by the Amboli police are ongoing .
Eyewitnesses report the verbal altercation escalated quickly. One local resident observed that Shaikh also clashed with attending officers, displaying aggressive behaviour and using threats of political clout.
Rajshree More, affiliated with actress Rakhi Sawant, told police she “felt threatened” during the confrontation and demanded stern action against Shaikh. She publicly shared the FIR copy on her social media handle.
This incident follows recent controversy surrounding More’s comments on the Marathi language imposition debate. She had questioned efforts to mandate Marathi usage and urged local Maharashtrians to “work harder”, warning of deteriorating Y conditions if migrants departed—remarks that sparked backlash and an apology after MNS workers from Versova pressed charges at Oshiwara police station.
MNS spokespersons have yet to officially comment on the incident. However, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Nirupam weighed in on X (formerly Twitter), condemning the behaviour:
“A leader’s son from MNS, hurling abuses at a Marathi‑speaking woman… flaunting his father’s influence,” calling it the “real face of those who claim to protect Marathi pride”.
Beyond this altercation, Mumbai has seen growing public concern over misuse of political connections in traffic violations. The Andheri police commissioner’s office is expected to issue a statement today on Shaikh’s detention and potential charges under the Indian Penal Code (including sections for drunken driving, assault, and intimidation).
