Wife, Her Lover, and Mother Arrested for Brutal Murder of Telangana Man Just One Month After Wedding

In a shocking case of betrayal and a deadly love triangle, a newly-wed woman, her lover, and her own mother have been arrested for the brutal murder of her husband, a 32-year-old land surveyor from Telangana. The meticulously planned crime, which involved hired killers and a GPS tracker to monitor the victim, came to light after the man’s body was discovered in the neighbouring state of Andhra Pradesh, just one month after his wedding.

The victim, Tejeshwar, a resident of Jogulamba Gadwal district, was reported missing by his family on June 17. His body, with multiple knife wounds and a slit throat, was found the same day in a canal in Kurnool district, Andhra Pradesh. The investigation quickly exposed a sinister conspiracy allegedly orchestrated by his 23-year-old wife, Aishwarya, her lover, 35-year-old bank manager Tirumala Rao, and Aishwarya’s mother, Sujatha, 50.

Jogulamba Gadwal Superintendent of Police, T Srinivasa Rao, confirmed that a total of eight people have been arrested. The motive, police said, was Aishwarya and Rao’s desire to continue their illicit affair, which was being obstructed by her recent marriage to Tejeshwar. Investigators revealed a disturbing twist, suggesting Rao was also in a relationship with his lover’s mother, Sujatha.

The plot was executed with chilling precision. The accused had secretly attached a GPS tracker to Tejeshwar’s motorcycle to track his every move. On June 17, they lured him away on the pretext of a land deal, abducted him in a car, and killed him using sickles and a knife near Erravalli. The gang then drove to Andhra Pradesh, disposed of his body in a canal, and threw his phone and other belongings into a river to destroy evidence.

The marriage between Tejeshwar and Aishwarya on May 18 was fraught with suspicion from the start. Just days before their engagement, Aishwarya had briefly eloped with Rao but later returned, convincing Tejeshwar to go through with the wedding. However, call data records showed she remained in constant contact with her lover, with over 2,000 calls exchanged between them even after her marriage.

Police cracked the case using a combination of CCTV footage analysis, which captured the abduction, and technical intelligence. The main accused were caught at the Pulluru check-post on June 26 while attempting to flee to Hyderabad. Their interrogation led to the arrest of the other conspirators and accomplices.

During the arrests, police seized crucial evidence, including the Mahindra Marazzo car used in the crime, ₹1.2 lakh in cash, two machetes, a knife, ten mobile phones, and the GPS tracker. All eight accused have been produced before a court and remanded into custody as the investigation continues.
