Nikita Casap US Teen Allegedly Killed Parents To Plot Assassinate Trump

A 17-year-old Wisconsin boy has been charged with killing his parents in a chilling plot to finance an alleged plan to assassinate Donald Trump and overthrow the US government, court documents reveal.

Nikita Casap, a high school student from Waukesha County, Wisconsin, was arrested in Kansas after reportedly murdering his mother and stepfather and living with their decomposing bodies for weeks. Authorities believe Casap’s motive was to steal money and assets to carry out a plan to assassinate former US President Donald Trump.

The teenager has been charged with first-degree murder, theft, hiding a corpse, and related offenses. A newly unsealed FBI warrant details federal allegations that Casap plotted political violence and was preparing to flee to Ukraine.

According to federal investigators, Casap authored a disturbing, antisemitic manifesto where he expressed admiration for Adolf Hitler and detailed a plan to assassinate Trump and spark government collapse.

“Casap appears to have written a manifesto calling for the assassination of the President of the United States,” the FBI warrant stated. “The killing of his parents appeared to be an effort to obtain the financial means and autonomy necessary to carrying out his plan.”

Casap allegedly used Telegram and TikTok to communicate with others, including a Russian-speaking contact, and purchased drones and explosives in preparation. He was found with over $14,000 in cash, family passports, a car, and their dog when arrested in Kansas.

The bodies of Tatiana Casap, 35, and Donald Mayer, 51, were discovered on February 28 following a wellness check request by concerned family members. Mayer had not shown up at work, and Casap had missed school for nearly two weeks.

Authorities say the parents had been killed weeks earlier, and the state of decomposition was so advanced that dental records were needed to identify them.

Public defender Nicole Ostrowski, representing Casap, has sought dismissal of some charges, citing lack of evidence and emphasizing her client’s age. “He is young, he is still in high school,” she told the court on March 12.

Casap remains in custody at Waukesha County Jail on a $1 million bond. His next court appearance is scheduled for next month, where he is expected to enter a plea.

The federal search warrant indicates that Casap’s writings reveal a broader ideological motive. It states he hoped to initiate governmental collapse by “getting rid of the president and perhaps the vice president.”

His reported plan included moving to Ukraine, potentially aided by his Russian-speaking contact. Investigators continue to probe Casap’s communications and radicalization timeline.

While Casap currently faces state charges, federal charges appear likely given the nature of the alleged plot. Law enforcement officials have not yet confirmed when federal indictments may be filed.

The FBI and Secret Service are expected to continue investigations into the teen’s motives, possible accomplices, and digital footprint in the coming weeks.
